All orders are processed within 3 to 9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We ship only to European Union countries. Please find more detailed list of countries below.

We offer flat shipping rates and delivery time depending on your shipping destination:

1) Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands), Portugal (mainland):

Shipping rate 3.90 Eur

2) Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic:

Shipping rate 4.90 Eur

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

3) Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden:

Shipping rate 5.90 Eur

Orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Free Shipping for all orders over 50 Eur to any before mentioned destinations.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. You can use it to check shipping status. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cosmetooze.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.



Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In case that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@cosmetooze.com with your order number and a photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
